All buyers are protected with the eBay Money Back Guarantee program. The Resolution Center is the primary avenue for buyers to create Item Not Received (INR) or SNAD-related Return cases.
The following conditions must be satisfied in order for a buyer to file a case in the Resolution Center:
- Buyer purchased the item on an eBay marketplace that has implemented the eBay Money Back Guarantee program.
- The item is eligible for protection under the eBay Money Back Guarantee program. Ineligible items include motor vehicle listings, real estate listings, and Classified listings.
- The item was paid for in one lump payment using any of the supported payment methods for that eBay marketplace.
