This enumerated type contains a list of reasons why a buyer or seller has asked eBay customer support to step in and help with an INR inquiry.
No calls use InquiryEscalationReasonEnum.
Enumeration Values
| Value | Description |
| BUYER_TROUBLE | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has escalated the inquiry because he/she is having trouble with the buyer. |
| BUYER_UNHAPPY | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because the buyer is unhappy with the current state of the inquiry. |
| NO_REFUND | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because an expected refund for the item has not been received. |
| NOT_RECEIVED | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the inquiry because they have still not received the item, and the expected item arrival window has passed. |
| OTHERS | This enumeration value indicates that the inquiry has been escalated for an undetermined reason. |
| SELLER_NORESPONSE | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer has escalated the INR inquiry because the seller has not responded to the inquiry within the allotted amount of time. |
| SHIPPED_ITEM | This enumeration value indicates that the seller has shipped the item, but the buyer has not acknowledged this. |
| TROUBLE_COMMUNICATION | This enumeration value indicates that the buyer or seller has escalated the inquiry because they had trouble communicating with the order partner concerning the INR inquiry. |
