We're improving how you get help with the Merchant Integration Platform (MIP). Please begin using Developer Technical Support (DTS) via the eBay Developer Portal for all MIP support needs.
What's changing and why
- Faster initial responses: DTS routes your request to the right experts quickly, often with suggested solutions in the first reply.
- Streamlined tracking: View and manage all your MIP support cases in one place.
- Better context: Attach logs, payloads, and environment details to speed up troubleshooting.
- Consistent updates: Get status notifications and recommended fixes as they become available.
How to get support now
- Open https://developer.ebay.com in your browser.
- Go to Support (top-right menu) and select Developer Technical Support. If prompted, sign in with your eBay Developer account.
- Select AI-Assisted Support, enter your question, and then select Submit.
- Review the Suggested Solution. If it does not resolve your issue, select Proceed to Create a Ticket.
- Under Platform, select MIP (Merchant Integration Platform). Provide relevant details (for example, marketplace, environment, job ID, error messages, recent changes, or similar pertinent information), then submit your request.
Tip: Include sample payloads, timestamps, and correlation IDs to help DTS provide quicker solutions.
Note: Existing support tickets will continue to be handled, but new MIP inquiries should be submitted through DTS for the best experience.
Note: The support team speaks English only.
