This enumeration value indicates that the monetary transaction was a dispute fee charged to the seller. eBay charges the seller a dispute fee if the seller contests, but loses a payment dispute.
RECOUP_AMOUNT
This enumeration value indicates that the monetary transaction involved eBay recouping money from the seller for an amount that was not protected under eBay's seller protection policy after a buyer wins a dispute.
