The eBay Partner Program recognizes third-party providers that help sellers succeed on eBay through strong integrations, reliable performance, and meaningful seller value. The program gives partners a clear path to recognition, progression, and deeper engagement with eBay.
Third-party providers eligible for this program offer software and services that help sellers run and scale their eBay business. These solutions can support key seller workflows such as inventory and listing management, order and fulfillment operations, shipping, advertising, logistics, and other areas that help sellers operate more efficiently and grow on eBay.

Program tiers
- Gold – Gold recognizes top solution providers with the strongest overall standing in the program.
- Silver – Silver recognizes established partners with strong momentum and clear growth potential.
- Bronze – Bronze recognizes partners that meet the program’s baseline requirements and are building toward deeper engagement with eBay.

How partners are evaluated
Partners are evaluated across three high-level areas:
- Business impact – This reflects the partner’s contribution to seller growth and business performance on eBay.
- Integration quality – This reflects the depth, quality, and reliability of the partner’s integration with eBay.
- Strategic value and partnership fit – This reflects the value the partner delivers to sellers, alignment with eBay priorities, and the strength of the working partnership with eBay.
Partners that demonstrate stronger performance across these areas may qualify for Gold, Silver, or Bronze status. Detailed scoring is not published. Final tier placement is determined by eBay based on program criteria, business context, regional priorities, and strategic priorities.
Baseline minimum requirements for the 2027 program
Before a partner can be considered for program tier placement in the 2027 cohort, they must meet the program’s baseline entry requirements.
Baseline technical program entry requirements
To be eligible for the program, partners must support the following core API capabilities:
- Account: Policies
- Listing: Inventory, Category (Taxonomy), Auction support
- Fulfillment: Order management, Order fulfillment, including shipping
Baseline operational program entry requirements
Partners must also meet the following minimum operational standards:
- An error rate of 1 percent or less, equivalent to an API success rate of at least 99 percent
- System stability and uptime of at least 99.9 percent
Meeting these minimum requirements does not guarantee admission to the program or placement in a specific tier. These requirements establish eligibility for consideration only.

Applications for the 2027 program will be accepted until 31 December 2026.
All applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed alongside eBay internal performance data and program criteria.
Application process
- Submit an application – Interested partners apply through the Partner Program page.
- Program evaluation – Partners that meet the baseline requirements are evaluated across the program’s three high-level criteria areas.
- Tier assignment – eBay determines final program status and tier placement and notifies selected partners of their 2027 status.
Program timeline
The Partner Program operates on an annual cycle.
- September 2026: Applications for the 2027 program open
- 31 December 2026: Application deadline
- Q1 2027: Gold, Silver, and Bronze partners announced for the 2027 program
