When changing the listing category using ReviseItem or RelistItem, the application must specify the Item.ItemSpecifics node again. Because eBay's recommendations are different for each leaf category, it is recommended that sellers be given the option to review and configure selections from the recommended Item.ItemSpecifics for the new category.
Restricted listings
When calling ReviseItem for a listing that is in a restricted state (e.g., already has bids, fewer than 12 hours remaining,) there are limitations as to which Item Specifics can be revised. Refer to ReviseItem for complete information.
