Certified Provider logo for your use: Market your certification with a logo kit corresponding to your certification designation. Use it on your website, in your marketing materials, and in your facility.

 eBay Solutions Directory

Free placement in the eBay Solutions Directory: Market your services in the Solutions Directory. Becoming certified is the only way service-only providers can get their services listed in the Solutions Directory.

Free upgrades in eBay Solutions Directory: We place your certification logo on both the search results and details pages where your entries appear in the Solutions Directory, and provide credits toward advertising in the Directory.

Free inclusion in eBay Solutions Finder: The Solutions Finder guides users to selling solutions from Certified Providers and eBay. Get highly qualified leads from this tool, located in the Solutions Directory.

 Visibility & Lead Generation

Inclusion on Certified Provider site: Get your own page on eBay.com on our Certified Provider Site. Get leads from the definitive resource for advanced sellers. Include your product demos, case studies, workshops and more. This site is marketed through Seller newsletters, Solutions Directory, workshops, AB Posts, and various places on site.

Site Marketing: Each Solution Type on the Certified Provider site is promoted in rotating ads on Seller Hub, Seller Central and in My eBay to each solution type. Get leads through high traffic on site ads.

Internal account advocate: Certification means that you provide quality results. Many groups within eBay make recommendations directly to high volume sellers on whom they should be working with to help scale their businesses. Certified Providers get an internal account advocate to evangelize your company and the solutions you provide to key influencers, providing high internal visibility.

eBay staff training & awareness: Meet and present to key stakeholders at eBay, including Customers Service, Seller Development, and other eBay staff. Tell them first hand what differentiates you from other providers and why they should recommend your solutions directly to their high volume accounts. Exclusive to Certified Providers, generate awareness by providing training materials and giveaways to our Customer Service Resource Center.

Education Specialist training & awareness: Over 500 instructors in the Education Specialist Program have the ability to reach tens of thousands of prospective eBay sellers annually. They also reach out to local businesses with the eBay message. Reach this audience through placement in the Education Specialist resource center.

Certified Provider led workshops: Workshops are online events combining lecture material with interactive discussion. Interact with the eBay community directly by showcasing your company's area of expertise. This is a great opportunity to position yourself as a leader in your space and generate leads.

eBay Live! special opportunities: Generate visibility and leads with special treatment at eBay Live! You can use your Certified Provider logo on your booth property. eBay booths pair the right solution with the right seller. Get referrals from our booth to yours. You also get Certified Provider ribbons for your booth staff. Reach attendees by being included in our "Using Certified Providers" class, and apply to teach a class yourself through Certified Provider led panels.

eBay Radio: Certified Providers qualify for discounts on eBay Radio. Also, select Certified Providers may be invited to appear on the eBay Radio Developer Showcase.

 Provider Education

Business & technical training: The course curriculum is geared towards the provider professional, and is specifically designed to educate and inform employees and contractors about eBay features, policies, best practices, and technology.

Consultant & Engineer certification: Recover your costs on training by certifying your staff, because individuals and companies who are certified have the potential to earn more.

 Communications

News flash: Receive news about new benefits in the program, new advanced certification offerings, and upcoming co-marketing opportunities only available to Certified Providers.

 Pricing

The above benefits are available to providers who are approved for Certified Provider status at $3,000/year, due upon approval for membership, prior to gaining actual certified status and prior to receiving your logo kit.

Individual certifications are required as per the individual certification calculator found in the certification guide, and are not included in the yearly Certified Provider membership fee. But at only $150, it's affordable to certify all of your employees and contractors. Retesting, if required, is $75 per retest. Fees for exams are due prior to receiving access to each exam.
