The Best Match Item Details (BMID) API enables developers to understand key factors affecting their search ranking when sorted by Best Match.

Best Match is the default sort order for search results on eBay. Using the Best Match Item Details API, developers can write applications that help sellers understand their item rank for a given key word, identify factors that impact their listing performance score as well as allow them to analyze their business at a category level.
