| These features will allow applications to do the following: |

- Add an item or list of items to the watch list
- Delete an item or list of items from the watch list
- Add a note to an item
- Delete the note on an item
- Modify the note on an item

| These features will be added to SOAP API and New Schema XML API. These features will not be added to the Legacy Schema XML API. We expect to add support for this feature in future versions of the eBay SDK for Windows and eBay SDK for Java. |

| On the eBay website, a user can track an item in My eBay by clicking on "Watch this item." The Add to Watch List feature adds that same capability to the API, and there is a clear benefit for tools that want to offer more complete replication of My eBay or more fully-featured Bidding/Buying functionality. |
